Setting Up Your Account

Account Registration Process

Step-by-Step Registration

  1. 🎯 Initial Registration
    Section titled “🎯 Initial Registration”
    • Navigate to the homepage
    • Click the “Login” button on the top-right corner
    • Select “Create Account” or “Sign Up”
    • Fill in your details:
      • 📧 Email address (use a valid email you check regularly)
      • 🔒 Password (minimum 8 characters, include numbers and symbols)
      • 🔒 Confirm password (must match exactly)
    • Click “Continue” to proceed
  2. 📧 Email Verification
    Section titled “📧 Email Verification”
    • Check your email inbox for a verification message from Carteja
    • Look in your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see it within 5 minutes
    • Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) code in the email
    • Click “Verify” to confirm your email
  3. 📝 Complete Your Profile
    Section titled “📝 Complete Your Profile”
    • Add your full name (as it appears on your ID)
    • Enter your phone number (for delivery updates)
    • Add your primary delivery address:
      • Street address
      • Barangay/District
      • City/Municipality
      • Province
      • ZIP code
    • Click “Save Profile” to finish
