Reporting Products

Help keep the Carteja platform safe and reliable by reporting products that seem inappropriate, misleading, or break community guidelines.


  1. Access Product Details

    • Click on the product you wish to report
    • Navigate to the detailed product page
  2. Find Report Option

    • Look for the “Report/Flag” button on the product page
    • Click to open the reporting interface
  3. Select Report Type

    • Choose the category that best describes the issue:
      • Inappropriate content
      • Misleading information
      • Fake or counterfeit product
      • Incorrect pricing
      • Policy violation
  4. Provide Details

    • Describe the issue clearly in the text field
    • Include specific details about what makes the product problematic
    • Be factual and concise in your description
  5. Submit Report

    • Review your report for accuracy
    • Click “Submit” to send your report for review

Content Issues

  • Inappropriate images - Offensive or unsuitable photos
  • Misleading descriptions - False or exaggerated claims
  • Incorrect information - Wrong product details or specifications

Policy Violations

  • Prohibited items - Products not allowed on the platform
  • Fake products - Counterfeit or replica items
  • Price manipulation - Unrealistic or deceptive pricing

Review Process - Your report will be reviewed by the Carteja moderation team within 24-48 hours.

Follow-up - You may receive updates about the status of your report if action is taken.

Anonymous Reporting - All reports are handled confidentially to protect your privacy.
