Product Management

The Product Management feature allows sellers to:

  • Add new products
  • Update existing listings
  • Remove outdated products
  • Activate or deactivate products
  • Fix violated or flagged items

This flexibility ensures your shop always offers updated and compliant items .

Carteja Mobile Product Card

Adding a Product

Section titled “Adding a Product”
  1. Step 1: Open Products
    Section titled “Step 1: Open Products”
    • Tap Products from the Shortcuts section.
  2. Step 2: Enter Admin PIN
    Section titled “Step 2: Enter Admin PIN”
    • Input your Admin PIN to continue.
  3. Step 3: Add Product
    Section titled “Step 3: Add Product”
    • Tap “Add a Product” and complete all required details.
  4. Step 4: Publish
    Section titled “Step 4: Publish”
    • Tap Publish to make the product live.

Updating a Product

Section titled “Updating a Product”
  1. Step 1: Open Products
    Section titled “Step 1: Open Products”
    • Tap Products from the Shortcuts section.
  2. Step 2: Enter Admin PIN
    Section titled “Step 2: Enter Admin PIN”
    • Input your Admin PIN to continue.
  3. Step 3: Edit Product
    Section titled “Step 3: Edit Product”
    • Tap the Product Menu Actions (three dots icon) and select Edit.
    • Modify the product details as needed.
  4. Step 4: Save Changes
    Section titled “Step 4: Save Changes”
    • Tap Confirm to save updates.

Deleting a Product

Section titled “Deleting a Product”
  1. Step 1: Open Products
    Section titled “Step 1: Open Products”
    • Tap Products from the Shortcuts section.
  2. Step 2: Enter Admin PIN
    Section titled “Step 2: Enter Admin PIN”
    • Input your Admin PIN to continue.
  3. Step 3: Delete Product
    Section titled “Step 3: Delete Product”
    • Tap the Product Menu Actions (three dots icon) and select Delete.
  4. Step 4: Confirm Deletion
    Section titled “Step 4: Confirm Deletion”
    • Tap Yes to permanently remove the product.

Activating or Deactivating a Product

Section titled “Activating or Deactivating a Product”
  1. Step 1: Open Products
    Section titled “Step 1: Open Products”
    • Tap Products from the Shortcuts section.
  2. Step 2: Enter Admin PIN
    Section titled “Step 2: Enter Admin PIN”
    • Input your Admin PIN to continue.
  3. Step 3: Change Status
    Section titled “Step 3: Change Status”
    • Tap the Product Menu Actions (three dots icon).
    • Select Activate or Deactivate depending on the current status.
  4. Step 4: Confirm Action
    Section titled “Step 4: Confirm Action”
    • Tap Yes to apply the change.

  • Product image fails to upload
