Updating Shop Details

The Shop Details section lets sellers keep their business information up to date. This includes changes to the shop’s name, branding, contact details, and address—especially after a rebrand or relocation.

Shop Information

Section titled “Shop Information”

This tab contains essential business details, including the shop name, profile photo, and contact information.

How to Update Shop Information

Section titled “How to Update Shop Information”
  1. Step 1: Go to Settings
    Section titled “Step 1: Go to Settings”
    • Tap Settings in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Step 2: Open Shop Information
    Section titled “Step 2: Open Shop Information”
    • Tap “Shop Information”.
  3. Step 3: Update Details
    Section titled “Step 3: Update Details”
    • Modify any of the following as needed:
      • Shop Photo
      • Shop Name
      • Shop Handle (unique ID)
      • Contact Number
      • Email Address

Shop Address

Section titled “Shop Address”

This tab is where sellers update their physical address and map pin for deliveries or pickups.

How to Update Shop Address

  1. Step 1: Go to Settings
    Section titled “Step 1: Go to Settings”
    • Tap Settings in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Step 2: Open Shop Address
    Section titled “Step 2: Open Shop Address”
    • Tap “Shop Address”.
  3. Step 3: Update Address
    Section titled “Step 3: Update Address”
    • Modify any of the following as needed:
      • Pin Location (Map Pin)
      • Complete Address (Street, City, ZIP, etc.)

Common Issues

  • Shop photo does not upload or shows a broken image
  • Updated shop name, handle, or contact info does not save
  • Map pin fails to update or shows the wrong location
  • Error occurs when saving the new address details
