  • Missing Shop Photos

  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Check for updates and reinstall the app if necessary.

  • Entered wrong account password during setup
  • PINs didn’t match
  • Forgot your PIN
  • Can’t find Shop Security in the settings
  • Confirm your account password before setting a PIN.
  • Ensure both PIN entries match.
  • Use the Forgot PIN option if available.
  • Navigate to Account Settings → Shop Security to find the PIN setup.

  • Shop photo does not upload or shows a broken image
  • Updated shop name, handle, or contact info does not save
  • Map pin fails to update or shows the wrong location
  • Error occurs when saving the new address details
  • Check file size and format when uploading images.
  • Ensure all fields are valid before saving changes.
  • Reposition the map pin and try again.
  • Restart the app and retry saving.

  • Product image fails to upload
  • Changes to product details do not save
  • Error when trying to delete a product
  • Product status (activate/deactivate) not updating
  • Verify image file size and format.
  • Refresh the page or restart the app after editing.
  • Ensure you have internet connection when making changes.
  • Retry the action after re-logging in.

  • Orders not updating to the next status
  • Cannot approve or reject cancellation requests
  • Refund request actions not saving
  • Orders stuck in the wrong tab
  • Refresh the orders page to see updated statuses.
  • Try performing the action again after a page reload.
  • Ensure stable internet before confirming actions.
  • If the issue persists, contact support.

  • Transaction not saving after checkout
  • Edited details not updating correctly
  • Admin PIN not being accepted
  • Cart items not appearing during checkout
  • Ensure your Admin PIN is correct.
  • Verify internet connectivity before finalizing transactions.
  • Restart the app if cart items fail to load.
  • If the issue persists, contact technical support.
