  • Check your spam/junk folder for the verification email.
  • Use smaller file sizes and correct formats for document uploads.
  • Try a different shop handle.
  • Refresh the page after setting the business pin location, then save again.

  • Notifications not appearing in real-time
  • Cannot switch between shop and buyer view
  • Refresh the dashboard page to load updated data.
  • Clear your browser cache and log in again if counts seem incorrect.

  • If switching views fails, try logging out and logging back in.

  • Entered wrong account password during setup
  • PINs didn’t match
  • Forgot your PIN
  • Can’t find Shop Security in the settings
  • Confirm your account password before setting a PIN.
  • Ensure both PIN entries match.
  • Use the Forgot PIN option if available.
  • Navigate to Account Settings → Shop Security to find the PIN setup.

  • Product image fails to upload
  • Changes to product details do not save
  • Error when deleting a product
  • Product status not updating correctly
  • Verify that the image format and size meet the requirements.
  • Refresh the page before retrying edits.
  • Ensure a stable internet connection when saving changes.
  • If status updates fail, log out and log back in.

  • Orders not moving to the next stage
  • Unable to approve or reject cancellations
  • Refund actions not working on the web version
  • Orders not displaying in the correct status tab
  • Refresh the orders page to see updated statuses.
  • Try using a different browser if actions do not respond.
  • Clear your browser cache and re-login to refresh your session.
  • If errors persist, report the issue to support.

  • Products not showing in search
  • Transactions not saving after checkout
  • Admin PIN not being accepted
  • Edited changes not updating
  • Ensure your product list is published and active.
  • Confirm a stable internet connection during checkout.
  • Use the mobile app if the PIN fails on web checkout.
  • Reload the page before trying to edit again.

  • Unable to identify which user made a change
  • Refresh the page to load recent entries.
