Navigating The Web Platform

The Carteja Seller Web Platform is where sellers manage their shop online. This guide explains the main sections of the Shop Dashboard.

The Shop Navigation Links allow sellers to access shop features and switch between Shop View and Buyer View.

  • Shop/Bu​yer Switch
    Click the settings icon beside the shop name to view your shop or switch to the buyer side.

  • Accessible Pages on Shop Side:

    1. Order Management – Manage incoming orders, update statuses, and process cancellations or refunds.
    2. Product Management – Add, edit, and update product details and stock status.
    3. POS System – Process in-store transactions using the Point-of-Sale system.
    4. Shop Management – Update shop details such as profile photo, contact info, and address.
    5. Activity Log – View a history of shop activities related to products and orders.

The To-Do Board Section gives sellers a quick view of pending tasks that need attention.

  • Pending Products – Products awaiting approval or verification.
  • Shipped Orders – Orders shipped but not yet confirmed as delivered.
  • Sold-Out Products – Items that are out of stock and need restocking.
  • Violation Notices – Alerts for products that violate selling policies.

This feature keeps sellers updated with important events and allows communication with buyers.

  • Notifications – Displays updates about orders, buyer requests, and account alerts.
  • Messages – Enables direct chat with buyers for inquiries or confirmations.

The Shortcuts Section provides one-click access to frequently used pages.

  • Products – Opens the Product Management page.
  • Orders – Opens the Order Management page.
  • POS System – Direct access to the Point-of-Sale system.

This section provides an overview of shop sales and analytics.

  1. Current Revenue – Shows total revenue generated in a selected time frame.
  2. New Followers Count – Displays the number of new shop followers.
  3. Top 10 Performing Products – Highlights the best-selling products.
  4. Revenue Chart – Visualizes revenue trends.
    • The chart is downloadable as an Excel file for reports.
  5. Orders Average – Shows the average number of orders per selected period.
  6. Order View Ratio – Indicates how often views convert to orders.
  7. Followers Increase – Shows recent growth in follower count.

Common Issues

  • Shop performance data not loading
  • To-Do section showing incorrect counts
  • Notifications not appearing in real-time
  • Cannot switch between shop and buyer view
