Order Management

The Order Management section is the central hub for processing customer orders, tracking progress, and managing the entire order lifecycle.

Access this feature by clicking “Order Management” in the left sidebar of your Carteja ShopHub dashboard.

The system organizes orders into distinct status tabs displayed at the top of the interface:

Pending, Preparing & Packed

  • Cancel Customer Order – Remove the order if it cannot be fulfilled.
  • Approve for Next Process – Move the order to the next stage.

For Pickup

Orders in this tab are ready for pickup by in-store personnel or the customer. You can monitor pickup completion from this section.

Pending Cancellation

  • Approve Cancellation – Confirm the order cancellation.
  • Reject Cancellation – Deny the cancellation request.

Review cancellation requests carefully. Approve if reasonable, reject if the order is already in advanced stages.

Completed

This tab displays successfully completed orders for future reference, especially for customer service issues.

Cancelled

Holds records of cancelled orders. Useful for analyzing cancellation patterns and understanding buyer behavior.

Refunded

Contains the record of approved refund requests for reference in customer service follow-ups.

Refund Rejected

Lists orders where refund requests were denied.

Common Issues

  • Orders not moving to the next stage
  • Unable to approve or reject cancellations
  • Refund actions not working on web version
  • Orders not displaying in the correct status tab
